Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
At M Terra, every piece is handled with care before leaving our studio. Many of our artworks and decorative pieces are one-of-a-kind and may require special preparation, such as professional framing and protective packaging, to ensure they arrive safely.
- Standard preparation time: 2 – 5 weeks for items requiring framing or additional handling.
- Simpler items (e.g. no framing required): typically dispatched within 5 – 10 business days (1 – 2 weeks).
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on location:
- Metro areas: 3 – 7 business days
- Regional areas: 5 – 10 business days
- WA, TAS, NT & Far North QLD: 7 – 14 business days
All items are securely packaged due to their fragile nature. After dispatch, delivery is managed by our courier partners. Customers may choose to request Authority to Leave, but M Terra is not responsible for parcels once delivered in this way.
